Refund policy

Returns
We have a 10-day return policy, meaning you have 10 days after receiving the item to request a return.

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with the labels and in its original packaging, in order for the return to be accepted. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please email us at perreostars@gmail.com. Returns will not be accepted without prior request. For any questions about returns, please contact us.

Return and refund conditions

As these products are made to order, we do not accept returns due to size changes, personal preferences or other similar reasons.

Returns or refunds will only be accepted in the following cases:

  • The item has arrived damaged.

  • There is a printing error.

  • The wrong product has been sent.

In any of these situations, the customer must send photos, videos and clear evidence of the problem to perreostars@gmail.com within 10 days of receiving the order. Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately.

Verification process

  • If the evidence is clear and proves the defect, we will proceed directly with an exchange or refund, without the customer having to return the product.

  • In case of doubt or lack of clarity in the evidence, we may request the physical return of the product for review. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

If the return or refund is approved, you will automatically receive the amount in your original form of payment within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card issuer may take a little longer to process and reflect the refund.
